All new consultants will receive a
training folder with all G & G Recruitment’s policies in and a brief
introduction in employment law.
They will then have a senior consultant / manager as a
mentor for the first 6 months who will aid them through any questions or
problems they may have in the recruitment process.
Once the consultant has completed the first 6 months they
will still be able to go to their mentor with any questions however, they are
actively encouraged to also come up with a solution to the question before
asking.
G & G Recruitment consultants are informed that should they
feel they require any training in a particular area of recruitment or employment
law that they inform their mentor who will then either run a training session,
source the appropriate training material or place the consultant on a relevant
training course.
G & G Recruitment Solution’s feel that the above policy
ensures not only are all consultants trained to a high level in recruitment and
employment law, but that they will also understand the heavy emphasis that G
