G & G Recruitment is a small independent IT and Information Management
recruitment agency which specialises in sourcing staff for the Public and
Not-For-Sector. Each one of our consultants has had over 2 years experience
within the industry and has worked on the full recruitment process (Marketing,
Resourcing, Consultancy, Administration).
We have come up with a formula that we believe ensures we get
the best candidates for our clients. We now have a
specialist Resource Manager
whose sole purpose is to look into the most effective methods of sourcing
candidates and focuses on putting this research into practice.
We follow a general process, which is listed below. However, as we are a
small organisation we can tailor our process to meet any client’s individual
