It is essential you have skills in Software Development such as VB, VB.Net and SQL as you will be creating, changing and supporting Software Applications including Interfaces between systems and Front Ends. You must also have worked with analysing and managing data and producing Management Information Reports.
In your role you will lead upto 10 members of staff in project teams and focus on IT System redesign, integration and support. Highly desirable are skills and experience in:- Business Analysis, Project Management, BPR & Application Management as these will be areas which you will have responsibility in.
