How we source your Candidates
Nowadays there is huge competition between agencies to source the best
candidates for their clients. With so many agencies working on similar roles it
is key to keep up to date with the way candidates search for roles as well as
coming up with ways of getting through to the “passive” candidates.
Here at G & G Recruitment we are continuously looking into new ways to
recruit, different places to advertise, emerging technologies, the keywords used

We focus on e-recruitment at G & G and do almost all of our
recruitment online. We feel that in the IT and Information Management sector
this is the best way to attract suitable candidates for our roles.

for candidates. Because of this we are continually using our online contacts to
find out which words candidates are using to advertise their CVs or to search
for roles which match their skills. Because of the constant reviewing of our
