process. This includes from taking the Job Specification to maintaining contact
after a placement has been made with both the Client and the Candidate to ensure
that any issues are ironed out before they cause a problem and to offer that
added customer service which will differentiate G & G Recruitment from the rest.
Delivery:
G & G Recruitment’s consultants are advised to follow
through on everything they say. If they say they will call a Candidate or Client
at a particular time, they must ensure that they do. This builds a strong
business relationship between client, candidate and G & G Recruitment as all
parties know that they will be contacted or receive the service that was
promised.
